Most holiday packages have time frames when they are not available for use. 
This is generally over the busy Christmas and Easter period.

Most packages are however available for use during the school/public holiday periods 
with an additional surcharge required per apartment, per night.

If you wish to holiday during the school holiday period we ask that you make your reservations in advance to avoid disappointment.

All reservations are made 'subject to allocation and availability'. 
Please note that each apartment is 'individually owned' and not all owners participate in the discounted holiday promotions.

Refund Policy Under the Qld Fair Trading laws a trader does not have to provide a refund:

• if you simply change your mind or no longer want the goods or service;
• realise you can't afford the goods or service; or
• found the same item or service at a cheaper price elsewhere.
